Instructions for visitors

1. Visitors can enter the exhibition hall with the visit tickets or tickets issued by the exhibition organizers.

2. Visitors shall, according to the requirements of the exhibition organization, renew their visiting certificates at the designated audience registration office of the exhibition organization with the invitation letter issued by the exhibition organization.

3. Visitors should abide by the relevant regulations of the exhibition hall. Smoking is prohibited in the whole exhibition hall, and they are not allowed to litter or spit everywhere, so as to jointly maintain the beautiful environment of the exhibition hall.

4. Without the consent of the exhibitor, the audience shall not take pictures of the exhibitor's booth layout or exhibits.

5. Visitors must ask the exhibitor for the release note issued by the exhibition organization for any items purchased at the exhibition site, otherwise, the guard of the exhibition hall will not release them.

6. Any vehicle entering the exhibition hall must pay parking fees (according to the charging standard approved by the price management department) and park in the designated parking lot. The parking time is 8:9-21:30. Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight.

7. If the pre registration does not receive the visit certificate, the pre registration success certificate or the pre registration confirmation letter can be used to exchange the certificate for entry at the on-site pre registration office.

8. Those without pre registration shall fill in the form on site with two business cards in exchange for certificates.
